About The Position

The Brand Representative Lead at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through genuine engagement with customers.   • Oversees the functions of the stockroom including receiving and processing shipments, merchandise organization, and sales floor replenishment.
  • Executes necessary operational functions in the event that a manager is not present.
  • Leads associates in maintaining sales floor presentation.
  • Adheres to asset protection and shrink policies and procedures.
