About the position

As a Key Holder (Part Time) at Hollister Co., you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in a genuine manner, anticipating their needs and responding effectively to enhance their experience in the store. You will embody the spirit of the Hollister brand, which aims to liberate the spirit of an endless summer and make teens feel celebrated and comfortable in their own skin. This position requires you to possess an individualized style that resonates with our customers, driving sales and creating an exciting, fast, and easy store experience. In addition to providing outstanding customer service, you will also take on the responsibilities of a floor supervisor in the absence of a manager. This includes overseeing basic store operations, completing opening and closing tasks, and leading associates in their daily activities. You will be expected to demonstrate strong product knowledge and brand awareness, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of our products to customers. Your proactive thinking and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining visual displays and ensuring the store is well-presented at all times. The work schedule for this position will vary weekly, with an expectation of working between 15 to 25 hours, typically spread across 3 to 5 working days. You will be required to work most Saturdays and some Sundays, especially during peak holiday seasons when open availability is necessary to meet the demands of the business.

Responsibilities
