About the position
The Key Lead at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is responsible for ensuring a high-quality in-store experience for customers. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, ensuring effective store operations. This role is integral to the store leadership team, focusing on enhancing customer experience and achieving daily sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Act as Floor Supervisor to ensure quality customer experience.
- Provide guidance and coaching to Brand Representatives and Stock Associates.
- Drive store performance through customer experience and team achievement of sales goals.
- Maintain product knowledge and brand awareness.
- Utilize register and point of sales systems effectively.
- Ensure asset protection and visual displays are maintained.
- Adapt work schedule to meet business needs, especially during peak times.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Strong customer focus and communication skills.
- Ability to interact well with others and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and ability to adapt to changes.
- Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is a plus but not required.
- Proactive thinking and attention to detail.
