About the position

As a Home Solution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing real estate investment opportunities and providing solutions for our clients based on their unique situation. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with property owners. You will be responsible for conducting property assessments, negotiating deals, and facilitating the acquisition process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and make a significant impact on our company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Place a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided call list or database
  • Engage prospects in a friendly and professional manner, delivering a compelling sales pitch and addressing any objections
  • Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain a network of property owners, brokers, and industry contacts
  • Develop a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers
  • Conduct property assessments, including market analysis and due diligence in person in the counties assigned within the area of Omaha, NE 68111
  • Schedule appointments for qualified leads to speak with our sales representatives or experts
  • Maintain regular follow-up communication with potential customers to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and quotas set by the company
  • Collaborate with our investment team to develop acquisition strategies
  • Stay current on market trends and emerging opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the acquisition process
  • Must be able to work at the office location as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends and investment strategies
