About the position

In this role, you will apply your technical and problem-solving abilities to design, configure, and implement calculation engines and websites that support our client's needs. Your combination of interpersonal skills, creative problem solving, and technical skills will help the cross-functional implementation team deliver the best possible client and participant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement calculation engines and websites for client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client and participant experience.
• Translate business rules into functioning calculation engines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and take ownership of tasks.
• Adapt and learn new skills to support project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Math, Computer Science, or similar area preferred.
• Experience programming in any language.
• 2-4 years of experience with pension administration, programming languages, or related fields.
• Experience with Defined Benefit Pension Plans preferred.
