Responsibilities

• Planning and preparing meals, including those with dietary restrictions.
• Performing housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, laundry, and changing bed linens.
• Providing companionship and stimulation for clients through activities like reading and walks.
• Accompanying clients to appointments as needed.
• Assisting with grocery shopping and other errands when approved.
• Performing personal care tasks for clients as needed.
• Assisting clients with ambulation using mechanical aids like walkers.
• Completing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must complete the agency's employment process.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must exhibit maturity and responsible behavior.
• Must understand consumer confidentiality.
• Must be able to follow directions and work as a team.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must pass a drug screen.
