Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.
- Assist seniors with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
- Help residents with household tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
- Foster a warm and supportive home-like environment for residents.
Requirements
- Passion for helping people and a desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to residents.
- Experience as a caregiver, RN, or CNA is preferred but not required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a caregiving role or related field.
- Certification in CPR or first aid.
