As a Home Care Aide at Addus HomeCare, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients to maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. This includes providing our employees with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, face masks, hand sanitizer, and anti-bacterial soap. The starting pay for the Home Care Aide position is $17 per hour, with the added benefit of daily pay available for select positions. We offer flexible scheduling options, allowing you to choose between full-time and part-time work to fit your lifestyle. As a Home Care Aide, you will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care, which may include bathing, grooming, and dressing. Additionally, you will provide support with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Transportation to appointments and daily errands is also part of your responsibilities, ensuring that clients can maintain their daily routines and access necessary services.
