Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one companionship and non-medical hands-on care to clients.
• Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, personal care, and transfers.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning of living spaces.
• Provide transportation to doctor's appointments and errands.
• Assist clients with medication reminders as per procedures.
• Maintain client confidentiality and communicate effectively with clients and families.
• Notify the Agency Manager of any changes in client condition or status.
• Participate in required training and adhere to state regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working independently with clients in their homes providing healthcare/homecare services preferred.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license.
