About The Position
The Home Care Client Services Manager at Live Long Well Care is responsible for overseeing the operations of the private duty home care agency in Carmel, Indiana. This management role involves marketing the agency, managing payroll and billing processes, maintaining personnel files, and ensuring compliance with medical records. The manager will directly supervise two support supervisors and indirectly manage a team of caregivers and CNAs, while also being the first point of contact for clients and the public. The position requires some weekend work and includes a base salary with the potential for monthly incentive bonuses.
