The Home Care - Personal Care Assistant (PCA) position at ABCM Corporation - Colonial Manor of Elma and Afton Oaks Independent & Assisted Living is a vital role within the ABCM Healthy Living Home Care program. Under the supervision of the Home Care Program Coordinator, the PCA is responsible for delivering compassionate and efficient care to clients in their homes. The PCA will engage with clients to assist them with daily living activities, promoting their independence and well-being. The PCA will work variable hours, primarily during the day shift, and may have the opportunity for part-time work. The compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour, depending on experience, with additional incentives available for shift differentials and years of service. The PCA will also have the opportunity to participate in the ABCM Healthy Living Home Care training program, which will enhance their skills and knowledge in providing personal care services. No certification is required for this position, although candidates with Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credentials are welcome to apply.
