This role involves developing marketing strategies, nurturing client relationships, and expanding the agency's presence in the Portland healthcare community. The position is crucial for ensuring that the agency maintains its strong reputation for delivering exceptional service in the home care industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase awareness of No Worries Care in the local healthcare community
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referrals
• Collaborate with the client care team to convert prospects into clients
• Contact paid client leads and respond to client intake calls
• Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and other outreach activities
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales and marketing
