Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a CDL Class A Driver. As the leading provider of outdoor living solutions in North America, we pride ourselves on our award-winning portfolio that enables customers to Live Well Outside. This position is crucial in ensuring that our high-quality building products are delivered safely and efficiently to various job sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading products from dump trucks or flatbed trucks equipped with a Moffett, ensuring proper placement of materials at the job site, and assisting customers and outside vendors with any issues related to material matching and quantities. In this role, you will be expected to maintain your assigned equipment in proper working condition and keep it clean at all times. You will also need to understand and complete daily maintenance check sheets, reporting any concerns to your supervisor. The position requires effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to interact with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company. You will be working in an outdoor setting, which may involve sitting, bending, walking, and climbing in and out of trucks and Moffett for extended periods.
