About The Position
McLeod Express LLC is seeking dedicated and professional CDL A Frameless Dump Drivers to join our team in Mount Zion, IL. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to be home daily, making it ideal for drivers who value work-life balance. Our drivers can expect to earn over $75,000 annually, with competitive pay per load and additional bonuses for safety and performance. We pride ourselves on providing steady work with dedicated accounts year-round, ensuring that our drivers have a reliable source of income. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan with company matching, life insurance, and paid orientation. Our drivers also benefit from a $1,000 orientation pay, which is distributed in increments of $500 on the first two paychecks. We recognize and reward our drivers for their hard work and commitment with a $100 bonus for each clean inspection and a $2,000 driver referral bonus. Furthermore, we provide an annual longevity bonus and two weeks of paid vacation, with the first week earned after just six months of service.
