About the position

The Home Health Account Executive is responsible for the overall coordination of business development and education related to home health services. This role involves establishing relationships with referral sources, ensuring continuity of care, and promoting services within the community. The position requires a proactive approach to marketing and communication with various stakeholders, including patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Visit and establish rapport with referral sources, including educational services and presentation of business plans.
• Support and participate in marketing functions to ensure engagement in community networking.
• Communicate progress of all activities to appropriate leaders.
• Identify new markets to promote services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a major in Marketing, and/or Licensed Nurse preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales or public relations, preferably in a home health care company.
• Reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability insurance.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
