Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Implement and follow patient care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.

Requirements

• Valid Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Recent full physical examination (within 1 year).
• PPD test results.
• Rubella and Rubeola titers.
• Drug screening.
• Ability to read, write, and carry out patient care plan activities.
