Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily activities, including bathing, housekeeping, and meal preparation
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
• Collaborate with the Care Team Supervisor and follow care plans
• Maintain open communication with clients and their families
• Document and report any changes in clients' conditions
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations
• Attend training sessions as required

Requirements

• Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate or Personal Care Assistant (PCA), required
• Reliable transportation, required
• Passion for helping people
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting and extended periods of standing
