About the position

Addus Homecare has strived to keep clients in their homes since 1979, providing homecare services to over 40,000 patients. We are currently seeking caregivers with a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide Certification to work with clients throughout Suffolk County, including areas such as Oakdale, Middle Island, Smithtown, Brentwood, Bayshore, and Babylon.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs for clients (dressing, bathing, etc.)
• Provide or assist in routine house cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry
• Visit clients in their home and provide companionship

Requirements

• Active HHA or PCA certification
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable Personal Transportation
• All required medical paperwork (Physical, PPD, or Chest Xray, Titers)
• Be 18 years of age

Benefits

• Compensation package of $20.82/hr, including hourly pay rate of $18.80
