About the position
As a Home Health Aide at Interim HealthCare, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and dignity. This role involves direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and monitoring vital signs, all while maintaining a flexible schedule that promotes work/life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance according to the plan of care.
- Obtain vital signs and document findings as directed.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene.
- Recognize and report any abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
Requirements
- One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
