Responsibilities

• Provide care and assistance based on your scheduled shifts, including personal care tasks, mobility support, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• For Live-In Positions: Reside with the client during scheduled shifts, providing round-the-clock care, personal assistance, and companionship.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and maintain detailed records of care provided.
• Communicate any changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or care team.

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in New York State.
• Updated medicals/vaccinations or willingness to obtain.
• Completed drug screen or Habituation Form, or willingness to obtain.
• A compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to enhance the lives of others.
