About the position
As a Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide for All Tennessee CareGivers, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care and support to individuals in their homes. This position focuses on assisting clients with activities of daily living, ensuring their well-being, and creating a safe and comfortable environment. Your responsibilities will include patient care, meal preparation, and maintaining medical documentation, all while adhering to HIPAA regulations and best practices in home health care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their homes
- Perform cleaning and meal preparation tasks
- Maintain medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Ensure the well-being and safety of clients
Requirements
- Experience in home & community care
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and home health practices
- Ability to provide caregiving services with compassion and empathy
- Familiarity with assisted living and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Skills in meal preparation and documentation
Nice-to-haves
