About the position
The Home Health Aide position at Help at Home involves providing in-home support to seniors, focusing on personal care and assistance with daily activities. Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including dressing, grooming, and meal support.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
- Run errands and accompany clients to appointments as needed.
- Support clients with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life.
Requirements
- Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or have completed a Home Health Aide Training of at least 75 hours, including 16 hours of supervised practical training.
- Good physical health, including documentation of a tuberculosis test within six months prior to the first assignment (where required).
- Dedication to professional development and compliance with state background screening requirements.
