Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Cook meals and administer medications as required.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean environment.
• Provide total care, including feeding, changing, and transferring clients using medical equipment.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent if under 21 years of age.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Must hold a full and valid Driver's License for at least 12 months.
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
