Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must have two verifiable professional references.
• Must have a valid physical examination within the last year, TB testing or negative Chest x-ray, and proof of MMR vaccine.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in home health care or a related field.
• Certification as a Home Health Aide or similar qualification.
