Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes.
• Support patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' health status to the healthcare team.
• Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program (75, 120, or 150 hours).
• Must be listed in the State C.N.A. Registry.
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation program for Home Health Aides (HHA).
• One year of experience as a Certified Nursing Aide in Home Health or Hospice.
