About the position

The Home HealthCare & DODD Program Administrator at United Home Care Services is responsible for overseeing agency operations, ensuring compliance with DODD guidelines, and managing staff performance. This role involves strategic growth of the client base, development of new divisions, and coordination of care services for clients. The position requires a high-energy individual who can effectively manage hiring, training, and compliance while providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage all agency operations and ensure compliance with DODD guidelines.
• Conduct formal quarterly performance reviews for all DSP/home health aide personnel.
• Manage hiring and onboarding processes for new staff.
• Provide regular performance feedback to management regarding promotions and terminations.
• Manage daily DSP schedules for all clients, ensuring all shifts are covered.
• Be on call for staff questions and issues after hours, Monday to Friday.
• Create and manage a compliance system to meet ongoing DODD requirements.
• Complete established weekly and monthly objectives by deadlines.
• Identify training resources to strengthen skills in time management and communication.
• Coordinate and manage care services for clients in the designated market.

Requirements

• Home Healthcare Administrator and Staffing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in Home HealthCare.
• Minimum of 2 years in home care staffing.
• Minimum of 3 years in DODD Care.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Nice-to-haves

• Multilingual in Somali and Nepali.
• Experience in medical office settings.
