About The Position

The Home Health - Hospice RN position at Tower Health involves providing nursing services to terminally ill patients in their homes. The role requires the application of biological, physical, and social sciences, along with nursing skills, to ensure high-quality care. The RN will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated hospice services to patients and their families, following an established Plan of Care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current PA Registered Nurse License.
• Valid Driver's License and Automobile Insurance.
• BLS Certification.
• Relevant nursing experience.
