Responsibilities

• Assess and record patient condition by monitoring vital signs.
• Administer treatments including dispensing medications and changing bandages.
• Provide oxygen supply and equipment as needed.
• Assist patients in self-care and educate family members on care techniques.
• Understand and adhere to professional concepts, standards, and regulations.
• Make decisions regarding work approach and priorities based on guidelines.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Florida.
• CPR certification.
• OSHA Certificate.
• HIV/AIDS Certificate.
• HIPAA Certificate.
• Alzheimer's Certificate.
• Medical Errors Certificate.
• Domestic Violence Certificate.
• Valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record.
