About the position
Carewell Home Health, Inc. is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for home health visits in Orange County, LA County, and Riverside County. This part-time, per diem role allows nurses to choose their own hours while providing high-quality patient care in community settings. The position emphasizes clinical excellence, patient observation, and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct home health visits for patients in Orange County, LA County, and Riverside County.
- Provide high-quality patient care with compassion and respect.
- Utilize excellent observation and clinical judgment during patient assessments.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records using EMR systems.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
Requirements
- Valid RN license from an accredited nursing school.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in home health or medical/surgical settings.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good organizational skills.
- Experience with EMR systems is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of DSL software is a plus.
