About the position

The Home Health Account Executive is responsible for marketing healthcare services to various referral sources, including doctors' offices, hospitals, and assisted living facilities. The role focuses on building relationships, educating potential customers, and achieving the company's financial and market share goals through proactive sales strategies and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Market healthcare services to doctors' offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities.
  • Educate and present to referral sources about the company's services.
  • Conduct in-services, presentations, and educational luncheons.
  • Host and attend relevant events to introduce home health care services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
  • Consult regularly with the Administrator on marketing and sales activities.
  • Design a regular schedule of visits to referral sources in a defined market area.
  • Develop sales strategies and evaluate marketing activities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of healthcare, home health, or hospice sales experience.
  • Experience in home health sales is a plus.
  • Compliance with health-related requirements, including vaccinations and testing.
