This position requires a Registered Nurse with supervisory experience and a strong understanding of home health operations, particularly in pediatrics and Medicare. Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process in all settings.
• Provide leadership and supervisory expertise in Home Health.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Work effectively in a bilingual team environment.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Supervise work activities of employees.
• Coordinate, evaluate, and plan homecare services.
• Assist with administrative activities and optimal resource utilization.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic plans, goals, and objectives.
• Ensure accuracy with resident billing and processes billing.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary communication and act as a staff liaison.
• Collaborate with administration, quality assurance, finance, and clinical staff.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with a current license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in home health.
• Understanding of pediatrics and Medicare clients.
• Knowledge of federal, PA regulations, and JCAHO accreditation requirements.
