About the position

The Home Improvement Sales Representative at Southern National Roofing is a pivotal role focused on selling roofing products and services to homeowners. This position is designed for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The representative will work with pre-qualified leads, conduct in-home evaluations, and close sales, contributing to the company's mission of providing high-quality home services with integrity and value.

Responsibilities

• Sell roofing products and services to homeowners.
• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their roofing requirements.
• Offer recommendations for products and services based on evaluations.
• Close sales to achieve sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Conduct 8 - 12 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week.
• Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on company products and services.
• Drive to pre-set appointments without the need for cold calling or door knocking.
• Complete a thorough PAID two-week training program with the sales training team.
• Attend regular sales meetings.

Requirements

• 2 years of prior outside sales experience is mandatory.
• Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and foster trust with customers.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and Saturdays.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work up to 6 days per week, with mandatory Saturdays.
• Open to coaching and eager to acquire new skills.
• Exhibit self-discipline and high motivation for financial success.
• Proficient in utilizing various technologies including laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
