The Home Infusion Nurse (RN) position at Accredo involves providing critical infusion medications to patients in their homes, focusing on building relationships and ensuring the overall well-being of patients. Responsibilities

• Administer intravenous medications to patients in their homes.
• Provide follow-up care and manage patient responses to ensure their well-being.
• Document all interactions, including assessments, treatments, and progress updates.
• Act as the main point of contact for patients regarding their status and care needs.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and therapeutic resource centers to meet patients' needs.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• 1+ year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Strong skills in IV insertion.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel within a designated area.
• Ability to conduct patient visits 3 days per week, mostly on weekdays, with some evening or weekend visits.
• Flexibility to work different shifts on short notice.
