Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties, including attics and crawl spaces, and provide tailored solutions.
• Build rapport with customers and guide them through the sales cycle, from presenting solutions to closing deals.
• Provide accurate project estimates and detailed inspection reports to the operations team.
• Collaborate with crew leaders to ensure accurate project information for seamless job operations.
• Attend daily sales meetings to strategize and share best practices with colleagues.
• Represent the company at trade shows to generate leads and expand the customer base.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of in-person sales experience with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably BuilderTrend.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
