About the position

The Home Lending Marketing Manager - Sales Enablement at Truist Bank is a pivotal role that serves as the primary marketing contact for strategic initiatives supporting the Consumer Home Lending businesses. This position is responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies and collaborating across the marketing ecosystem to consult on the development of marketing plans and tactics. The goal is to leverage marketing capabilities to achieve business objectives, enhance client experiences, and acquire, grow, and retain profitable client relationships. In this role, the manager will work closely with both internal and external marketing partners to create marketing strategies that align with business goals and priorities. The individual will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various centers of excellence, ensuring that planning and execution are aligned with marketing strategies and the overarching Truist Purpose and Brand. The position is situated within the Consumer and Small Business Brand and Enterprise Marketing organization and reports directly to the Lending Marketing Group Senior Manager. Candidates with experience in developing marketing strategy roadmaps, client-centric Marketing Strategy Briefs, promotional offers strategy, and the development of differentiated value propositions, positioning statements, and messaging strategies will be given additional consideration. This role is essential for driving the marketing efforts that support the growth and success of Truist's home lending services.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for strategic initiatives supporting the Consumer Home Lending businesses.
  • Develop marketing strategies and consult on the development of marketing plans and tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal and external marketing partners to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various centers of excellence to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and the Truist Purpose and Brand.
  • Create marketing strategy roadmaps and client-centric Marketing Strategy Briefs.
  • Develop promotional offers strategy and differentiated value propositions.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in marketing and customer relationship management.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience in developing marketing strategy roadmaps and learning agendas.
