About the position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team, focusing on both campers and brick-and-mortar homes. The role involves executing remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, including kitchen and bathroom renovations.
• Frame walls and floors as needed.
• Install flooring and build decks and railings.
• Paint and trim as required for projects.
• Build stairs and install underpinning.
• Install glass fixtures and perform glass installation tasks as required.
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Perform concrete finishing work for patios, walkways, and other surfaces.
• Install drywall in various areas of the property.
• Handle roof repairs or installations as part of remodeling projects.
• Install cabinets and hang doors with precision.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in construction is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Must have own basic tools and reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficient in glass installation techniques and practices.
• Familiarity with stucco application processes and materials.
• Knowledge of construction inspection procedures and quality assurance practices.
