About the position

As an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector, you will leverage your sales skills to provide homeowners with top-notch termite protection services from a trusted brand. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, making strategic recommendations, and building trusted relationships with customers, all while prioritizing safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify issues and provide solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by listening to their needs and explaining practical solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and following up on assigned leads.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments in customers' homes to explain Orkin's products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customers' homes and address any questions or concerns.
• Prepare sales agreements using an iPad provided by the company.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
