About the position

As a Home Sales Inspector at Orkin, you will leverage your sales skills to provide top-notch pest protection services to homeowners. This role combines competitive sales with the opportunity to build trusted relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and peace of mind. Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify pest issues.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by listening to their needs and providing practical solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and following up on assigned leads.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments in customers' homes to explain Orkin's products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customers' homes and make recommendations based on findings.
• Prepare sales agreements using an iPad provided by the company.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory.
