The Home Security and Home Automation Sales Consultant is responsible for selling home security and automation solutions to homeowners, providing them with peace of mind, convenience, and security. This role involves working closely with established home builder partners and generating leads through various marketing strategies. The position offers a sign-on bonus and guaranteed leads, making it an attractive opportunity for motivated sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Work with established home builder partners.
  • Cultivate leads through marketing, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Maintain a high closing percentage on company-generated leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned builder communities.
  • Present and sell home security, home automation, and video solutions to homes and businesses.
  • Maximize sales in assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated individual with a strong sales background.
  • Outgoing personality with great communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
