At Harvest Home Care, we take pride in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to individuals in both home settings and care facilities. Whether providing hourly assistance or live-in support, our goal is to meet the unique needs of each client with empathy and professionalism. We are currently seeking dedicated Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to join our team. If you are someone who brings emotional support, compassion, and the skills needed to care for others, you may be the perfect fit for our agency.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, skin and hair care, and shaving.
• Light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
• Medication reminders.
• Safe lifting, transferring, and positioning of clients.
• Maintaining accurate daily care records.
• Reporting changes in clients’ physical or mental conditions.
• Supporting clients’ emotional and social well-being.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or HHA preferred.
• Availability for at least 16 hours per week, including some weekends.
• Good physical health and ability to perform care tasks.
• Must exhibit honesty, reliability, and compassion.
• Must respect client confidentiality and demonstrate strong ethical values.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must pass a current background check.
• TB test required before first assignment.
• Completion of 18 hours of State-Required Training/In-Service.
