About the position
The Home Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing property acquisitions, sales, and lease negotiations for the company. This role requires a strong understanding of the local real estate market and excellent negotiation skills to ensure all transactions align with the company's strategic business objectives. The consultant will work both independently and collaboratively with legal teams and external real estate professionals to facilitate successful transactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the acquisition, sale, and lease of properties for the company.
- Conduct property searches, market analysis, and valuations to support decision-making processes.
- Attend in-person appointments with homeowners in the San Antonio Area.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with buyers, sellers, and landlords.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all real estate transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with external real estate professionals, brokers, and agents.
- Assist in developing and implementing real estate strategies to support company growth.
- Manage property listings, marketing materials, and advertising for available properties.
- Provide insight into market trends and advise on investment opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between the company and real estate professionals to streamline processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a commission environment, with a track record of successful property sales and negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in real estate management software and other relevant technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
