About The Position
The Home Visitor is responsible for planning and implementing home-based child development and health services, as well as family support services, in accordance with Head Start Program Performance Standards and Illinois Learning Standards. This role involves weekly visits to families in their homes or chosen locations, along with bi-monthly group experiences for children and parents. The Home Visitor utilizes ongoing assessments to tailor services to each child's needs, ensuring optimal progress towards school readiness.
