About the position

The Homecare Supervisor of Direct Client Services at A&B Homecare is responsible for overseeing care services provided to clients in their homes. This role involves managing caregivers, ensuring compliance with agency policies, and maintaining effective communication with clients, families, and case managers. The position requires independent decision-making and a willingness to learn about the home care industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care services for clients and manage caregivers on a daily basis.
• Assist with client intake and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with case managers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Work closely with clients, their families, and social workers.

Requirements

• AA degree with at least two years of continuous employment, or
• High School Diploma with current C.N.A/HCA certification and four years of continuous employment in a homecare-related business.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to speak other languages such as Spanish, Tagalog, Russian/Ukrainian, Chinese, Punjabi, Vietnamese, Amharic, or Tigrinya in addition to English.
