About the position

The Honda Aero Inc. Co-op/Intern position for Summer 2025 offers students the opportunity to engage in hands-on, project-based work relevant to their department. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to make an impact within a global organization, participating in meaningful projects rather than typical intern duties. Co-ops and interns will have access to various paid work events and experiences, including Q&A sessions with high-level associates and tours of Honda facilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in project management and problem analysis within engineering or business roles.
• Investigate new technologies and implement countermeasures.
• Collaborate with associates to create designs and CAD models for equipment.
• Prepare presentations and concise reports.
• Create and implement maintenance procedures and tooling.
• Develop planning programs to support floor work and ensure data accuracy with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• General Engineering Coursework.
• Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA or higher.
• Class status- Juniors (by credit hour) or above.
• Availability to work a minimum of 10 weeks at 40 hours per week.
• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program studying Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Ability to provide own transportation to and from work.
