Requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely and competently coordinate logging operations.
• Make daily adjustments to maximize logging system output based on business needs such as weather, labor, and truck availability.
• Safely operate the tailhold cat or tailhold shovel on various slopes and soils.
• Perform and assist with equipment inspections and participate in preventative maintenance procedures and routine maintenance repairs.
• Fulfill all Hook Tender responsibilities.
