This position requires maintaining the confidentiality of human resources and financial data while interacting daily with our senior leadership team and managers. The Human Resources Generalist will play a crucial role in fostering positive employee experiences from the application process through the entire duration of employment. Key responsibilities include achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, coordinating the interview process, and executing strategic hiring plans to support company growth. Additionally, this position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all employee benefit programs, both internal and external, and executing weekly payroll processing accurately and timely.
