About The Position
Stemilt's Field Staff are charged with consulting independent growers in horticulture, orchard management and harvest maturity, in order to help increase crop yields, improve cropload management, optimize fruit size and deliver premium edibility to consumers. Stemilt's Field Horticulturists are expected to deliver extraordinary customer service outward to our growers, and back to the Stemilt team as a whole. Excellent decision-making skills and strong leadership experience are necessary.
