About the position
The Hospice Care Consultant at Gentiva Hospice plays a crucial role in educating healthcare professionals about hospice services and providing end-of-life solutions. This position emphasizes clinical excellence, compassion, and dignity, ensuring that patients and their families receive the support they need during critical times. The consultant will engage with the community, build partnerships with referral sources, and work closely with clinical and operational teams to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services.
- Provide end-of-life solutions committed to clinical excellence.
- Conduct presentations to current and potential referral sources.
- Make phone calls to build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to promote hospice services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience in hospice, home health, medical device sales, clinical liaison, RN liaison, clinical coordination, or medical sales.
- Proven track record of being a top performer in sales.
- Bachelor's Degree focused in Marketing or Business preferred.
