About the position
The Hospice Community Liaison at Agave Hospice and Palliative Care is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships within the community to promote hospice services. This role focuses on creating business strategies and partnerships to meet the needs of patients and their families, ensuring exceptional communication and compassionate care. Responsibilities
- Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships within the community.
- Create business strategies and partnerships to meet patient and family needs.
- Obtain referrals and coordinate the admission process.
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
Requirements
- High School diploma; Associate degree in healthcare related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Licensed professional nurse may be considered.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related healthcare may be considered.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in healthcare marketing is preferred.
