About the position

The Community Liaison at Three Oaks Hospice is responsible for promoting hospice programs and services, establishing relationships with healthcare professionals, and identifying potential admissions within the community. This role is crucial in ensuring that patients receive timely hospice care while maintaining a focus on compassionate service and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Promote hospice programs and services according to established policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, medical professionals, hospitals, and nursing facilities.
  • Identify admissions in the community to enroll in hospice services in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with referral sources and the community to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, with additional experience as a substitute for education.
  • Minimum of one year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
  • One to two years of experience in hospice/palliative marketing preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and an insured automobile for travel.
